Friends’ Garden

The image above shows some ‘keys’ hanging on the red-leaved Acer they have growing in a tub. Jo told me this is the first year they’ve appeared.
This is a gorgeous Meconopsis – Himalayan Poppy … isn’t it a heavenly blue?
And finally – an Anemone de Caen – one of my all time favourites cos they come in such jewel-like colours. Please forgive the stem cutting across – it was unavoidable!
How blessed we are to have such a wonderful Creator, who has provided for our aesthetic needs as well as our material necessities. To quote part of Philippians 4:8: Whatsoever things are …. LOVELY … think on these things. (Especially if you’re feeling ‘down’).
