Mothers Day Flowers

I always look forward to receiving flowers on special occasions for obvious reasons. Roses, of course, are a classic subject for photographing against a black background, so here are my offerings ….

My favorite is the second to last because of the clarity. No shadows in the petals and good depth of field on the flower itself. They are all very nice shots and if I look at these again in a day or two I’m liable to have a different favorite for different reasons that contradict the first.
